    A £392m masterplan for the Midlands is expected to create at least 3,500 jobs in Coventry and Warwickshire.

    The Midlands Engine Strategy, launched by Chancellor Philip Hammond, includes more than £42 million to regenerate Coventry and towns including Nuneaton, Bedworth and Rugby.
