The only details we collect are those required to authorise and validate your job requirements, qualifications and personal details. All details collected in this respect will only be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and will only be passed on to a prospective employer to obtain you possible work.

We do not send marketing emails, however we may on occasion email you to inform you of a job vacancy that you may be suited for. It is your responsibility to update your address, qualifications and email address to ensure that the details we have of you are current and up to date. We cannot be held responsible if you are not notified of a possible position if you have not updated our records or informed us.

We will never pass or sell your email address to a third party other than a potential employer or Government Department.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging on to your account. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
