Aston Martin fund new DBX Sport Crossover to be made in Warwickshire

Warwickshire luxury car manufacturers Aston Martin have announced they have raised £200million to fund the new DBX sports crossover.
The firm, based in Gaydon, raised the capital through the sale of preference shares backed by its major shareholders such as Investindustrial and Tejara Capital.
The funding will be spent on developing the new DBX crossover and other new models which dealers hope will keep motorists interested in the 102-year-old brand.
The DBX was first introduced by the company in March at the Geneva Motor Show. Aston Martin hopes that the car which is expected to go on sale in 2019
