An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join an award winning recruitment agency.

We are looking for someone who has a flair for Recruitment, and has a proven track record of running their own temporary or permanent desk.


Key Duties:

  • Account management of new and existing business, whilst building relationships by establishing trust and rapport
  • Documenting clients' details and vacancy requirements accurately with all required information
  • Clarifying and negotiating rates, benefits, place of work, responsibilities and all other information relating to the role/booking
  • Filling client bookings - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, ensuring that they are the correct person for the job specification and client
  • Reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists. Able to provide documentation of job/candidate schedule
  • Monitoring candidates once placed
  • Ensuring candidate sick days, DNG’s and holidays are replaced in a timely manner
  • Actively contributes to the growing of the business by growing sales and profit

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
