An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join an award winning recruitment agency.

We are looking for someone who has a flair for Recruitment, and has a proven track record of running their own permanent desk, any sector considered.

 

Key Duties:

Managing Permanent job opportunities on behalf of clients

Advertising and responding to enquires

Being proactive in search and selection and headhunting

Interviewing candidates ensuring compliance is adhered to

Conducting client visits where practicable

Identify and qualifying potential business

New business development over the phone

Provide excellent service to all clients

Managing your own desk from start to finish

 

You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
