You'll be the first point of contact for membership queries and renewals, completing all admin including:
- Taking Payment, generating new membership paperwork and sending out paperwork to members
- Update members details on the CRM System, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times
- Contacting lapsed members to secure continued membership
- Cover reception where required
Experience & Skills Expected;
- Delivering Customer Service to deadlines & timescales
- Excellent written, communication and computer skills
- Proficient in MS Windows
Please note: This role is in CV8 (Ryton) so your own car is essential to travel to work (no bus service available)
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
£10.50ph
