Our client is looking for Ground Maintenance operators.
The individual will need to hold a valid full UK driving licence, and have experience within the grounds maintenance industry. They will also need to be able to attend two designated locations to start work, as detailed on their CRM.
Working Hours
The business structure has recently changed. Paid working hours are now from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid break split into two 30-minute intervals throughout the day.
The working day will begin at 6:30am and must be able to get to Nuneaton for this time from where the operative will travel to site. The first 30 minutes of travel time (to and from site) is unpaid. However, if return travel exceeds 30 minutes due to traffic, any additional time will be paid.
CRM System
All work is managed through our CRM system, including holiday requests and worksheets. Communication from management will be conducted via the CRM messenger system rather than WhatsApp or phone calls. A company phone will be provided, and the operative will be fully responsible for its use and upkeep.
PPE
All PPE will be provided, with the exception of boots and uniform. Operatives will be issued with a high-visibility vest, which must be worn at all times.
Pay Rate
The hourly rate for this role is £14.00.
Working five days per week (Monday to Friday), with the potential to move to full-time.
