Job Description

Genesis are currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents for an on-going temporary role.

If you have previous inbound Customer Service experience or are looking for a career in Customer Service then this could be the move for you.

You will be required to speak to customers in a professional manner, take their orders and help with any queries where necessary.

Computer literacy is required, but full system training is given.

You will possess an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Hours of work: 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm, will include some weekends
